• System optimization and maintenance
• Network solutions and infrastructure
• Custom hardware solutions

2. Service Agreements

Specific terms for each project will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW). These Terms of Service complement but do not replace project-specific agreements.

3. Payments and Pricing

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement
• We typically require a deposit before starting work
• Late payments may incur interest charges as per agreement
• All prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information and materials needed for project completion
• Respond to requests for feedback in a timely manner
• Ensure they have rights to any content provided to us
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Maintain backup copies of all critical data

5. Intellectual Property

• Client Content: You retain ownership of all content you provide
• Deliverables: Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables
• Our Tools: We retain rights to our proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies
• Portfolio: We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

• We warrant that services will be performed with professional care and skill
• We provide support as outlined in service agreements
• We do not guarantee specific business results or outcomes
• Third-party services (hosting, domains, etc.) are subject to their own terms

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for data loss if proper backups are not maintained

8. Confidentiality

We will keep confidential any proprietary information shared during our engagement. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information without consent.

9. Project Timelines

• Timelines are estimates and subject to client responsiveness
• Delays caused by client may extend delivery dates
• We will communicate proactively about any expected delays

10. Revisions and Changes

• Project scope includes specified revisions
• Additional changes beyond agreed scope may incur extra charges
• Major scope changes require new agreements

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In case of termination:

• Client pays for work completed to date
• We will provide work-in-progress files upon payment
• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed

12. Support and Maintenance

• Ongoing support is available through maintenance plans
• Emergency support may be available at premium rates
• Support terms are specified in service agreements

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation
• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Jurisdiction: Courts of Kochi, Kerala, India

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or technical failures of third-party services.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Kochi, Kerala.
